Steaming releases any debris that may be lodged in the pores of your skin. It opens up the clogged pores and softens the skin in order to cleanse it of impurities, traces of makeup, dust, sebaceous secretions and dead skin cells. Steam your face once a week. You may choose from a number of vaporisers available in the market or cut costs and undertake the procedure with a pot of hot water and a towel to cover your head.
For different skin types there are a variety of essential oils available that one can use infused into water for steaming - Oily/acne-prone skin:

Home Remedies for Oily/Acne-prone Skin!

Do you suffer from oily or acne-prone skin? Have you purchased tons of expensive products, and visited multiple dermatologists with zero results? Well, we have some good news for you! We have put together a 100% natural skincare regime for you! The best part is that all the ingredients can be found in your kitchen! There are no harsh or harmful ingredients, and most importantly, all these recipes are tried and true! Both of us have actually used this regime to help clear our acne. Sometimes store-bought products are just too harsh to use on broken out skin, but don’t fear. These recipes for homemade skincare will help you clear your skin!

Recipes For Clear Skin:

Gram Flour Cleanser-
You will need:
One cup of gram flour
One tablespoon of turmeric powder
- Mix the two ingredients together and store in a container. Wet your face and use around two tablespoons of the mixture. Massage it into your skin and rinse. The gram flour will absorb any oil, and the turmeric powder will help even out your skin tone. Do this morning and night. This recipe can be used for around one week.

Toner-
You will need:
One cup of rose water
One third cup of witch hazel
Pour ingredients into a spray bottle. Spray two to three times onto clean skin. Wipe off with cotton ball. This will get rid of any oil left over on your face. The rose water will help with redness, and the witch hazel will actually treat the zits. Do this morning and night right after your cleanser. This recipe will last up to 2 weeks. Store this in your refrigerator for a cool burst every morning.

Moisturizer-
You will need:
1/2 tablespoon of yogurt
1/2 tablespoon of honey
Mix the yogurt and honey together in a bowl. Apply the mixture onto your face and let it sit for 15 minutes. Rinse off to reveal glowy and soft skin!

Scrub-
You will need:
One cup of brown sugar
One cup of oatmeal
- Mix the brown sugar and oatmeal in a container. Apply to wet face and gently massage in circular motions. Your face will literally feel like a baby's butt. Do this no more than 2 times a week.

Mask-
You will need:
3 tablespoons of gram flour
- Mix water into the gram flour until it becomes a paste. Apply this to your entire face, and wait until it hurts to smile. Wash off with water. This will literally dry out your face so make sure to apply moisturizer. You can apply this mask around 2 times a week.

Stick to this routine and you will see a difference! Let us know if you like this post and what else you want to see!

Found these on web

I like O'lau triple action moisturiser and Nivea Visage Q10 tinted day cream plus a pink blusher. All I need

I don't use any products bought in a marketplace, but I have become fond of using a mixture of olive oil and sugar as a facescrub. I have very clear skin thanks to it. Olive oil has properties that naturally aid in skin elasticity, can work as a moisturizer that keeps your skin soft, and is able to help your skin to repair itself without adding any harsh chemicals. Olive oil on its' own works wonders for stretchmarks over time as well!

Hola!!! Got some easy working tips for hair and flawless skin

okkk...

but before i  start i want to thank you for your lovely comments... and keep visiting

your presence makes me happy...and hence the beauty is regained!:)

acha

i wll write what i have practiced and it worked...

my skin is not that great these days... umer ka taqaza hai... though i still look like 25... i know i am 33... and though in pictures  my skin flaws cant be spotted... i know they are there... and oh you cant imagine how bad i want for aging... to stop... at least  on my body...:)

Hair

I have oily hair... and these days i feel they are very weak... not been active lately... am a lazy bum ... dont play khokho pittu maari... anymore:(  :P

if u have  little kid in your house... let him pull ur hair... it hurts i know and i hate it... but i realised... when my nephew used to do that... my hair actually responded... and kind of started matching his strength .. u see when u use ur muscles they grow... so my hair grew stronger... but that doesn't mean i dont get mad at him for doing it... but his touch is angelic...:)

For hair i tried this today and so i wanted to note it to remember it..

take an egg... seperate white and yolk.. white for skin yolk for hair..

put some cooking oil in the yolk and mix well :P i didnt had olive oil so i put few drops of cooking oil and voila my hair came out just perfect so i think cooking oil is not really a bad choice only that u shud use it when  olive oil is not handy... any other oil... not sure.. take the oil u usually use for ur hair...

now take a plastic bag... put ur left hand in it... so that it acts like a glove... and now pour some of the smelly yolk on it.. and massage it in your scalp... not on your hair but get it in the scalp... so that it covers all areas... well... if u have some left u can put it on the lengths .. now use the same bag and cover ur hair so that the egg is not every where...

when u feel its dried... go and wash ... the smell remains... so wash really well and twice if u have to... even after that... it had a bit of smell so i sprayed by body spray on my hair...:) hehe! and though my (know it all ) bhabi thot its bad for my hair... my hair are doing just fine... and smelling great... dont over do it.. just so that the smell leaves u

smelled my hair... niceeeee ...

u can do it once a week or twice... its healthy... and doesnt waste ur egg...

ok with the egg white

apply some of the whipped egg white on ur face... now get a good quality tissue paper... cover the face with it so that tissue kind of sticks to the white ...make sure to make holes so that u can breath
:)... let the white dry really well... when its really hard... like after 15 mins or so...pull the tisse off from your skin.. u feel like when u go for waxing but not that painful... now be very happy if u see all the dirt, black and white heads in it... if u dont:(... may be the tissue wasnt as great... keep trying until  get result... egg white is good on skin... wash the face later... with cold water...

if u have a better tip for clean face... let me know please...

ok

the next recipe was share by Evelyn Sharma, a model on twitter...

curd lemon and haldi mask ... make a paste... let it stay on ur face till dried... wash it with warm water... and make sure... u clean it well, refrigerate the remaining mixture

thats it... for now...

drink water and eat fruits... and go for walks or jogs or dance and sing... more then u yell or cry... or feel bad..:)

cheers
